Pregnant 4 months pp c section

Just found out I’m pregnant 4 months after having a c section 😣. Yes I’m aware of the risks but it doesn’t change my situation. That’s also why I’m worried. Wanted to see if other women can share their experiences if they’ve been through this. I’m scared and not sure if this pregnancy will be viable as I’ve dealt with loss in the past. I’ve been crying and feeling guilty. I don’t feel like sharing this pregnancy with anyone because I’m almost ashamed that it’s happened so quickly. I am only 4 weeks pregnant.
