A really short memory

Sorry to bother you. I'm reaching out to ask for some tips and to see if this is normal or not.

I bought the premium subscription, but I feel like the bots' memory is really short. I barely have time to chat for an afternoon before their memory is already full and they’ve forgotten a lot of things... I have to admit, it’s pretty annoying...

And yet, I do add descriptions to my avatar as well as details for the roleplay… Do you have any tips or advice, and do you know how to prevent this from happening too quickly?
