LINE OF FIRE AND DESTROY BLOCKING

I have a series of questions:

1. Can Pulse Wave destroy barriers generated by the Barrier power?
2. If I use Pulse Wave and the character has the Improved Targeting: Destroy Blocking ability, does it destroy only one barrier marker, or are all barrier markers destroyed?
3. If I use Hypersonic Speed with a character who can carry one character while using Hypersonic Speed, such as Absolute Flash, can I move half of my available squares, place the carried character, make an attack, and then carry that same character again during the remaining movement?
4. If I am on the rim of level 2 elevated terrain and draw a line of fire to a character on level 1 elevated terrain who occupies hindering terrain, is the line of fire considered hindered?
5. If I am on the rim of level 2 elevated terrain and draw a line of fire to a character on level 1 elevated terrain, but the line of fire crosses a square of blocking terrain on level 1, is the line of fire blocked, or can it still be drawn?
