How long till next trial reset? (Blood Donation Event)

Been pretty busy, but I really want that Coyle emote. Been trying it solo for 4+ hours now, but I'm getting tired and continuing tomorrow. When is the trials resetting so I can NOT have a heart attack when Cancel the Autopsy is gone?
