Amd adrenalin, randomly not working

Does anyone know what causes this? As in, sometimes the software just refuses to open unless you restart the pc after using it a few times? Like, it doesn't affect performance nor anything, but it's a little annoying when it happens because I like using the performance overlay and twinking some settings depending on the game I'm using like frame gen, etc.

I'm using a RX 9070 XT with an undervolt profile, I don't know if that's what's causing it, please be patient with me, I'm a newbie when it comes to computers, lol
