I’m curious, I’ve read enough to feel like this is a bit of a theme. NSFW warning I guess?

I am 30M and have experienced this going back to my early 20’s - I can get hard enough for sex, making out & foreplay get me aroused, which tell me everything in my brain is working well (enough at least lol).

But when it comes to actually finishing it rarely actually happens. I have finished with girls, in the past, but it’s usually been in LTRs. It’s not the worst problem in the world… but I think I’m getting to the point where I’d like to finish regularly with the girls I have sex with.

But seriously, I can go for a good amount of time, over an hour and not ejaculate. It’s frustrating.

For context, I don’t masturbate often, currently I couldn’t tell you when the last time I did - it’s been at least two weeks.

I take zonegran or zonisamide, whatever you’d like to call it.

Anyone else experience this? I’d imagine women can experience this too.
