Got scammed by an Instagram clothing site.

basically I ordered clothes from an ig site and received very shitty quality clothes. they don't have a refund/return policy (I wasn't aware when I ordered). they have exchange policy only, for which I had to ship them the products back using my own money. got the amount as credit. now I ordered another product from their site which came defective (with a huge stain), I returned it again. I am yet to receive a replacement. they keep making up some excuse every time. I asked them to refund me the rest of the amount but they are refusing. don't know what to do. this whole thing has been going on since February 2026.

ps:- can't afford a lawyer or go to court. I am a student.
