Skin tint for pale skin that does not look orange??

Everything I try does not match my neck at all and turns orange. I want an accurate match that helps me cover redness and so on but is the same colour as my face. I’m pretty sure I’m cool toned (warm tones do not look good on me) and I am quite pale. Any recommendations?? (I also only shop cruelty free) ty!
