how strong is stargazer feather?

im currently at 11 mil cp and i have a guild member thats around 9 mil cp. im at campaign stage 87 and i noticed that theyre already at stage 91 despite me having the higher cp but i still struggle to deal the campaign stages.

is it about the gun difference? cause i use scorched earth engine and the only upside is in arena and pvp i always beat them
