Where do people get the monthly PTE recalled items?

Hi all,I've heard that each month there are lists of recalled PTE Academic items/questions that have appeared recently (e.g. Repeat Sentence, Read Aloud, Describe Image, Write From Dictation, etc.).

Where do people usually access these? Is there a reliable source or community that posts or updates them each month?

Also, how accurate are these posts/items in your experience? Are they worth spending time on if I'm aiming for Superior English for Australian PR, or are they more of a supplement to regular practice? TIA
