29f feel like I’m drowning today and just need some kind words

Went to sleep feeling hopeful and woke up in Hell again. My mornings can feel stressful & I feel a bit alone rn despite having people in my life (can’t put shit on them bc they have their own stuff).

Idk what to say, really but I guess I’m seeking support & kind words. Maybe share something cute or nice.
