What is the equivalent of tongat ali for women?

My wife is looking for something like an estrogen boosting medication without having to go for injections. I take tongat ali and I'm very happy with it,looking for the female equivalent.

I looked up a few. Found black maca and a few more but nothing promising.

She takes ashwaganda and magnesium glycinate and she is in her 40's. Just looking for something to help with all the ailments that comes with that age.
