How does the DASH and the Knob interact with each other?

I have a dash and two buttons and am considering the knob. However, in order for the knob to make sense for me, I would need to be able to see the knob functions on the s3xy dash when I interact with the knob (as shown on some promotional videos). Is this functionality already implemented or if not, is there a roadmap to it?

Moreover, as I have installed the dash as a "HUD", next to the windshield and as I consider interacting with a touchscreen when driving suboptimal (and in this configuration dangerous), I would like to know if you can either change dash screens with the knob or if such functionality is planned and technically feasible (I did not find such an option with the buttons).
