What caused security to run over to [AF1] before the last run?

While waiting for the speech and the last run, all of the sudden numerous Fun Spot employees ran towards the station and eventually a police officer. A few minutes later, what appeared to be an injured employee was escorted out in a group. I never saw the cop or anything else after that.

The rumor was someone was upset they didn't get a last ride in, but never got confirmation. Haven't seen a mention of it here either. What happened? I really really hope an over eager thoosie didn't flip out and hurt an employee.
