Experience working tool rental/millworks

Opening for part time in millworks and tool rental at my store. I kinda wanna get out my department or atleast check out another department. How is it working toll rental and millworks? Other associates I've seen in these departments are usually sitting and chilling. Kinda envious when i see them, but I am anxious about working there when I have no/ little experience with tool rentals tools or much knowledge on installing doors and etc.

How was you experience or advice?
