[Newgrounds / Flash] [2000s] Spaceship / Green Outlines / 2D overhead

There was a game that had 1 or 2 versions … you would start and as you defeated enemies and found scrap your ship would upgrade. You could swap parts out. Enemies were red. Lots of wandering to find parts and story. I vaguely remember the developer was solo and dropped off the grid for a while and may have abandoned the work but it was cool.
