Do you think there should be another rank reset in season 4?

We are nearing the half way point of season 3, the second DLC character will be released soon, everyone has played for a it in S3 and starting to settle into their ranks, and people are finally starting to hit the max rank GOD infinite(which was never hit in S2).

I know similar to S2 people have spoken a lot about rank inflation, even more in this season due to more people being in GOD ranks than ever. A lot of users saying top ranks don't mean anything due to a deficiency in player skill they have personally identified, simultaneously a lot of people saying the lower ranks are meaningless.

With all that being said, do you all feel that a rank reset will be necessary in S4?

A lot of users who pushed for it in S2 were under the impression it would make rank harder and more people would be stuck in lower ranks, when in fact it was the opposite in S3.
