Gave up on posting for a while because things just began to seem hopeless. So here we go again...

Im looking for an age gap relationship because I have the desire to start from the beginning. I am previously married for 18 years. With that, I have plenty of experience of being a parent, but none of the experience of becoming a parent. Simply put, Step-Parent. Ended as a mutual separation but I really want to find someone that is comfortable with the age difference and has the same goals of the future as I do.

I am well established in life and am more than comfortable starting a family. In the next year, I am hoping to remodel my home to sell and move out into the country to build a house to raise a family in on a good piece of land.
