Easiest fix

Hey all just wanted to reach out to the give mine to see if there is an easier fix then what i have in mind. 80s home in Canada, foundation has water intrusion, drywall, corner beed, firring and framing are all embedded in about 3 inches of tile bedding. Everything is wet and rotted out. I was wondering if there is an easier fix then cutting back a foot and replacing.
