Help

Hi guys a quick question and would really appreciate your help and insights!

I have worked in retail banking for 1.5 years as a teller. I think I am good at sales (my BM says that too) and my numbers so far are:

* Sold over 150 pre-approvals

* 6M wealth management referrals

* Around 400k in FP

* 3M in AMSB

I don't want the next role of an FSR. I am planning to apply in fin crimes, and I think I can do sales anytime if needed.

Is there anyone who has worked as a fin crime risk analyst / AML analyst or senior fin crime risk analyst?

Would like to know:

  1. Is it worth switching from retail to this side? Money is good compared to retail, but what about other parts like work-life balance and day-to-day work?

  2. How is performance analyzed on that side? In retail, performance is strictly based on a scorecard—how do they measure performance in fin crimes?

Thanks in advance!
