Sold a faulty car from a dealership. Wales.

Apologies in advance for how brief this may be, I don’t want it to be seen any one in question. I bought a car from a dealership in June. It comes with a 12 month warranty and I paid in cash. Around two weeks after having the car, I had a few warning lights and messages on the dashboard. The dealership has had multiple attempts to fix the car to no avail.

The car is reliant for me to go to work - I cannot get a train or bus to work my job. I also need a car for my two children’s hospital appointments. I made a complaint in July and nothing has been done. Very little correspondence has happened and no one is getting back to me.

The complaint escalated to regional manager. She did get back to me but nothing has come of it. I’m just chasing my tail.

Does anyone have any advice?
