I’m looking for someone to join me for a 2-bedroom apartment in West Harlem with a move-in sometime this week. The room would be around $1,700/month your portion.

Preferably looking for a student or young professional. Must be ready to apply quickly and have a guarantor who meets the building requirements:
• 700+ credit score
• $100k+ annual income
