What should I do?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Class 12 PCM student, and it's August 2026 now. I know I have the ability to study, but I get distracted very easily. I'm completely confused about what I should do next.

In my PT-1 exams, I scored only 7.5/40 in Physics, 7.5/40 in Chemistry, and 3/40 in Maths. Those marks really shook my confidence.

I enrolled in the PW Parishram batch because I wanted to improve, but instead I've ended up with a huge backlog. I haven't completed my notes, I keep missing lectures, and every day the backlog keeps increasing. I don't even know where to restart.

I'm also not sleeping properly. I feel tired all the time, like I'm mentally absent. I want to cry sometimes, but I can't. I'm carrying a lot from my past, and I think it's affecting me more than I realized.

I don't want sympathy—I genuinely want advice from people who have been in a similar situation.

If you were in my place:

Would you focus on completing the backlog or start fresh with the current topics?

How would you study Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from this point?

Is it still possible to score well in the board exams if I start fixing things now?

Please be honest. I just need some direction because I feel completely lost right now.

One more thing—I still want to score 99%+ in my Class 12 board exams. I know it sounds unrealistic considering my current situation, but that has always been my goal. I don't want to give up on it. I just don't know how to get back on track from where I am right now. If anyone has gone from a terrible situation to scoring really well, I'd love to hear your experience.

Thank you for reading.
