2.5mg to 5mg

Has anyone decided to stay at 2.5mg for an extra month before jumping up to 5mg? I have one more 2.5mg shot and I’m debating talking with my dr about staying at 2.5mg for another month. I’ve lost 10 pounds already, but I’ve had some pretty adverse side affects (my anxiety shot through the roof) so I’m hesitant about bumping up my dose since I’m finally starting to feel somewhat leveled out again. Will this hinder things? Any insight or experiences would be much appreciated!
