On promo sites do you block profiles that follow but say do not buy/sell or not a buyer/not subbing

I see this a lot on Bluesky “not a buyer” and it’s a gooner/reposter. Is it worth it to keep them as a follower or do you automatically just block? I’m rebuilding a Bluesky from the start again (I deactivated at just under 4k because I didn’t feel it was getting the amount of conversion to tip/subscribers it should at that follower count. So I deactivated and decided I’ll start over and see what happens. Just got a follower whose profile states “63 year old guy - England. I am not a sub.
Not into buying anything or paying to join your site or fanclub” but his page is all reposts. I’m considering just blocking all followers like this to see if it helps curate the following I’d prefer, which is people who purchase content and tip.

Just curious if anyone has thoughts on this.
