Got a Rog Ally X...does anyone have a press twice issue with the touchscreen?

Sometimes I press something in a game I am playing and it registered that I pressed the buttons twice. There was one case where it just got my game stuck I had to close it.

Sometimes when I increase/decrease something using arrows (like the volume controls, it comes in twos.

Any idea what is the best course of action for both-- especially the first one. I think the latter is more of a "set 2 to scroll" though.
