What do I need to know about sweaty startups in general and more specifically junk removal? (UK & Ireland)

I’m 20, I currently work full time in a warehouse and make some money on the side from an ecommerce business. I’m no stranger to hard work and I feel like if I’m already pulling 10/12 hour shifts of physical labour I may as well be my own boss. I have some experience with business ownership even if it is just an online business making £1-1.5k/m. My strong suit would definitely be SEO and running ads, sales not so much.

I’ve been scoping the market out a little bit and the demand seems to be there. There’s 3 companies in my area with an established Google presence and only 1 that does it very well, I called to get a quote from all 3 on my old bike shed to get an idea of pricing and found out none of them have immediate availability.

Apart from that I’m in the dark about all this. I don’t really know how pricing works or how much customers are willing to pay for certain things. I’m obviously not expecting someone to tell me everything and instantly make me a successful founder but if there’s any key advice or good websites to find guidance I’d be truly grateful🙏🏼
