Burning sensation

I am a nineteen yo girl, 103 lbs, no allergies that I am aware of, and no medical conditions. Usually before I go to bed, I wash my feet with warm water, and everytime it feels like my soles are burning. Like how your hand stings/burns after you touch peppers. I am apart of a brown fam, so maybe it’s because I’m walking around without indoor shoes or small spices on the floor. It’s not excruciating, just some weird thing I always had, no redness or swelling, someone give me some answers please 😭
