The Biggest Mistake We Make With Mocks
I think the biggest mistake isn’t getting a low score.
It’s trying to explain it away.
“The paper was tough.”
“I wasn’t feeling well.”
“It wasn’t my day.”
Sometimes those reasons are valid.
But the fastest improvement probably comes from asking:
“What part of this score was actually in my control?”
That’s the only part worth obsessing over.
Thoughts?
