Laundromat recos

Hi! I recently moved in around Dapitan and honestly it’s really challenging living by yourself! Though I have an idea of how to do chores, we are not allowed to bring our own washing machine inside our living spaces so I have to resort to laundry shops (which I have never done before). Does anyone know the process/procedures/preparations you have to do (like can you just bring your laundry hamper there, will you be the one to bring the fabcon/soap, etc) and does anyone have recommendations of (not mean) laundry shops around UST? I’m so sorry huhu, it’s so scary living alone !!
