Cfs or dysautonomia?

Advice

Had many symtpoms starting 4 years ago. (Few months after covid dont know if that matters). So my symtpoms come and go in how bad they are:

Tinnitus

Floaters

Snow

Light and sound sensitivity

Ear muscle contractions to sound

Reactive tinnitus (tinnitus gets louder by sound)

Feeling very bad for an hour after taking a shower, hands feel weird and my head, hair and ears feel weird. Super sensitive to touch and sound during this.

Cant handle any stress, give me palpitations, buzzing in head etc. Like gaming, work, calling etc.

All symptoms get worse with more stimulus or stress.

When i push a few days all symptoms get worse. F.e. a vacation makes them a lot worse after a few days i cant handle anything.

I do get pem i think, i had this after going out late with friends and drinking etc. I would feel bad for 3-4 days, extreme weakness, extreme sick, shaking, cant eat or drink, vomiting almost. Happened a lot over the past years.

I took time of work for a few months now and symptoms are a little bit better, yet i cant tolerate eating out, busy places, loud places, lots of lights etc.

Is this mild me/cfs? Or dysautonomia? I have no problem standing up, i do hit the gym but take it Easy. It feels like my brain wont filter anything some times. My eyes and ears are perfect and normal blood too. Im seeing more doctors soon. But work wants me to push but i just cant. I cant even swim or take hot showers cause ill feel so bad. No high heartrate just super bad. Sensory overload i think.

Lmk thanks. Im a man <30.
