Can a working/College individual, dedicating an average~3.5 hrs, be in a position to clear this exam by 2028, or 29 perhaps?

Is there any approx hours of studying required estimate?

Another question I wasn't planning on asking in this post, you can just ignore this part

I am in my 2nd year of BA, and will be done with it by mid 2028. There's no attendance criteria so I spend my days doing fu.ckall. My gameplan was to dedicate this graduation phase + at max one more attempt to this exam and If I don't make it through, I'll get into business.

I don't belong to a business family, but have enough resources to get started on some traditional business. Even take a bit of risk. To be more precise, ancestral land + plots in the city.

Now here's the thing, I was a neet aspirant till 2025, finished school in 2023. I got out of it for multiple reasons. Some of those reasons don't exist now. I always had a choice of joining private college, I didnt for my own personal reasons. My father still insists I reconsider that.

And reconsider I am doing

Business is a gamble, upsc is a gamble, and i am tired of overthinking everything. To be honest, I don't even know what I want. But in any case, it would be nice to have something less Gamble-ly.

I am thinking of getting back to neet. Try for a Gmc and if I can't, private is still there. Get started with college and prepare for upsc side by side, aiming for 2028, 29. Hence the first question. Now why i still want upsc is a different story.

One of the reason I didn't like the idea of mbbs is terrible work life balance of doctors. But with other income resources at my hand I think I can balance that. Given the land will still be there after ~10 years, only appreciating in value.

Is my approach practical, or laughable? Anyway, thankyou for reading.
