Where does certainty come from?

I've decided it's mine. I believe I already have it. I'm living from the end and treating it as done.

If there's no certainty that what you're manifesting will ever physically happen, what exactly are we working toward?

I understand finding peace within, but most of us started manifesting because we wanted real-life change. Isn't the whole goal to eventually experience it in the 3D?
