It's becoming very difficult to continue the show anymore

I quite recently started to watch the show without any expectations, and it was an awesome decision. I loved binge-watching the show and enjoyed every bit of it, but lately, as the seasons progressed, I was less enthusiastic about watching it.

This started from Season 7, but I managed to watch both seasons 7 & 8. Continuing it seems like a chore; I would rather rewatch the initial seasons than continue

The main problem is that every character seems very irritating (Phil, Claire, Jay are exceptions); the main culprits are Cam, Alex, and Haley. I don't know why these characters feel insufferable and sometimes get on my nerves, especially Cam and Luke; Manny & Gloria were okay.

Does this continue further? Both side plots of Haley, The weather guy & Alex, Ben were very creepy to watch, and Cam feels way more dramatic and manipulative than in the initial seasons, where it was funny
