What do you use to clean screen?

My partner has decided to clean the panel with what we used to use for our previous TV. Now it’s smeared all over the panel and I can’t seem to remove them.

The also have a blue tint to them, which I assume is the alcohol content in the cleaner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, before I completely lose my mind… (they just can’t leave stuff alone)
