What would be the best way to rebuild this interior wall? Contractor wants to do "R-13 fiberglass bat insulation and 1/2 inch mold and moisture-resistant drywall". Exterior brick was re-pointed a few years ago and is in great condition. We live about a mile outside of Philadelphia. Thank you!
