Looking for Org

Hello everyone. I'm trying very hard to find a group to join and I've had terrible luck thus far. I live in EST and work Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. I would very much like to find an active org that plays from around 5-6 pm EST until midnight or so and then also on weekends

About me;

I have a small, not super impressive fleet. But I can offer a Perseus and some ground vehicles as well as fighter support

I have a set of Virpils as well as a tobii and I've been using them around 2 months now. I'm still not amazing but I think I'm doing okay

I'm 34, I've been playing about a year and I'm currently High Admiral

I am a furry and need to be in a group that is accepting of such things

I do NOT want

- to be stuck on a turret 24/7

- to be a part of griefing/piracy

- an org that doesn't distribute resources we gather together

- an org that promotes any sort of segregation

- a second job/hardcore milsim

I DO want

- to be in a supportive environment with little judgement

- to have rewards split fairly between op participants

- to play with people casually as well as group events
