Anyone else poop a lot on their period?

Sorry if it’s TMI, but I woke up in the middle of the night having to poop, almost diarrhea like. Then a little throughout the day. It’s been 3 times already since.

I’m 31 and I noticed my cycle has changed a lot since my 20s and teen years. I know this can have an affect on it too, but I want to know if anyone else experiences this. I’m kinda worried.
