Congestive Heart Failure

It's been a few months since my Mom passed and it still doesn't feel real. I don't understand how it got so bad. There was no indication she was in serious trouble. Her doctor told her to take her heart medication and watch her weight and then a few weeks later she passed away. Nobody was prepared because we thought she was getting better not worse. This feels so wrong.
