owlet sock thoughts

baby is 1 month tomorrow and wondering whether we should start using it. we’ve got the owlet sock with the baby monitor which we’ve set the baby monitor up to use for checking room temperature and humidity but we haven’t set up the owlet sock. i’m worried that we’ll start to use it and i’ll get more anxious.

have people had good results where it’s saved your baby or has it caused too much anxiety around it?
