Western Caribbean Excursions

We are going to the Western Caribbean on The Summit in late October. We chose the following excursions from celebrity’s website:
Cozumel- Omara Beach
Belize- Ceremonial Cave Exploration and Cave Tubing
Costa Maya- Chacchoben Mayan Ruins and Villa Mahikal Beach

Let me know if you’ve been to any of these (or something similar) and what your experience was!
