users download the app but do not register

Hello. I published my app a few weeks ago, and have tried to do some marketing which is not working. There are days I get a few downloads, but the users are not registering in the app. Any feedback as to what is driving them away.

The app is https://apps.apple.com/us/app/trolleygo/id6783933101
