I'm building a new seller-first kink marketplace. I'd love your honest feedback.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently involved in planning and developing a brand new marketplace for creators and sellers in the adult and fetish community. Whether you sell worn items, custom content, fetish clothing, custom requests, or anything else within the community, I'd love to hear about your experience.

Before I get too far into development, I want to hear from the people who matter most, the sellers.

Rather than copying what's already out there, I want to build something that genuinely improves the selling experience. The goal is to create a seller-first marketplace that also gives your buyers an excellent experience.

It's far too early in the planning stages to promote the platform or recruit anyone. Right now, I'm simply trying to learn from people who've actually sold on sites like ATW, PantyDeal and similar marketplaces.

That said, if you take the time to share your experience and ideas, I'd love to get back in touch once the platform launches. As a thank you for helping shape it, I'm hoping to offer early contributors a lifetime fee-free premium membership, or a similar early supporter benefit.

• What's your biggest frustration with the platforms you currently use?
• What features waste your time or make selling harder than it needs to be?
• Have you ever lost a sale because of how the platform works?
• What do buyers complain about most?
• What features do you wish existed but don't?
• If you could redesign your favourite marketplace from scratch, what would you change?
• What makes you stay loyal to a platform?
• What would convince you to move to a new marketplace?
• Are there any features you absolutely wouldn't want to see added?
• What's one thing you think existing marketplaces get right and should never change?

I'm interested in everything, from major issues down to the small annoyances that slowly become frustrating over time.

Nothing is off limits. Fees, messaging, search, verification, privacy, moderation, support, payouts, subscriptions, fake buyers, time wasters, or anything else that comes to mind.

I'm not looking for people to tell me my ideas are good. If you think something is a bad idea, I'd genuinely rather hear it now than after I've spent months building it.
