Itinerary Help - Ilha Grande/ Paraty

Hello, I am planning a 2 week Brazilian trip in October. We are flying into Rio and want to do Ilha Grande and Paraty before going to the Igazu Falls.

Rough plan is to go from Rio to Ilha Grande on the Friday, then Ilha Grande to Paraty on the Sunday then onwards travel from Paraty on the Wednesday.

My question is, is this enough time? How do you recommend travelling between Ilha Grande and Paraty (I have found cheap private transfers for our onwards travel but am struggling more with the between travel).

Any other tips/ tricks/ recommendations ?
