How do you organize your mobile detailing set up?

My wife and I have been running our shop for four years now, but the mobile side is still a headache. We started out just throwing our buckets and vacuum in the trunk of my old sedan. That worked for about two months until my back started giving out from the constant lifting. We tried a small cargo trailer, but parking it in the city is a nightmare. Plus, keeping the water tank steady is a constant chore. I just send the appointment reminders and arrival times through fixyflow.com.

We are currently spending about forty minutes just loading and unloading the van every single morning. It feels like wasted time that should be spent actually working on cars. We really need a better way to keep the chemicals and hoses from tangling while we drive between jobs. If we do not fix this mobile detailing set up, we are going to lose our minds.

How are you guys organizing your vans to keep gear from sliding around? What kind of shelving are you using for your heavy gallon jugs?
