My mom is dying and I just don’t know what to do

My mom is in stage 5 kidney failure and we can’t afford a transplant or dialysis. I don’t know how long she has left, but she’s started end of life counseling. The internet says she has maybe a month? I live in NY and she lives in OK, I just moved up here and can’t afford a flight to see her. I don’t know what to do, I’m 24 years old and I’ve never lost someone before. I feel like I’m 5 years old again. I just can’t stop crying. How am I supposed to cope with this???
