Quest 3 PCVR Freeze

Today I decided to play Bonelab on the oculus pc app. I played for about 1 minute before my game abruptly freezes. My vr feild of view is completely frozen, outside of it everything is has a really weird glitchy tear pattern. Sometimes the game resumes between 1sec - 30sec. For some reason my monitor shows the game is running fine.

I tried changing my gpu driver versions, update my headset drivers and changing my cable port. But nothing happened.

Heres some info about my setup

GPU: RX 580 (ik it's a shitty gpu)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core

Cable: Syntech 5m cable

Can someone please help me?
