The main difference between this version and the original is that there will always be one top player in the game who will have cards from the second top deck, which are much more powerful than the cards from the regular draw deck. The regular deck of lots itself is not particularly different from the original from regular Uno, except that some number cards there have a crown symbol, that mean if you played a card with this crown symbol, you can discard one extra card under the discard pile and take one card from the top of the top draw deck. There is also a wild card called "Get the Crown". When it played, all players must say 1, 2, 3 and quickly put their hands on top of the top deck as quickly as possible. The first player to put his hand becomes the top player and discards all his previous cards under the discard pile and takes exactly seven new top cards from this top deck. What about the cards in the deck itself? There are only five of them:

The chain: When you play this card, all players can only play cards of the same color as this card during one Round. Anyone who can't play takes two cards from the draw deck, the effect ends on your turn so you no need to perform this effect.

Next player: Choose how many players will skip a turn, or more precisely, which player will play the next turn, you can choose Up to the player who is behind you. You cannot choose yourself as the next player.

Reserve turn: Choose a player Now when his turn comes, you will play for him and he will skip his turn. Any action card that would be played on him, will work on you.

Action lock: Choose any action card, now every time it is played by someone its effect will simply not work and it will essentially be a regular inaction card.

Null: This card is neither colored nor wild. That means you can play it on absolutely any card. If any action card was played before it, its effect is canceled. The next player can also play absolutely any card on this null card.

Note: If a draw card is played twice on the top player, no matter which one, the second time, when draw cards are played on him, instead of drawing cards, he loses his title of the top player and takes absolutely all the top cards that were played and not played, shuffles them into one deck, and then draws the same number of cards from the original draw deck he had before when he was a top player, and the one who played the draw card on him becomes the new top player and draws exactly seven new top cards. It is also recommended that any top player play cards on a separate discard pile because when the title is transferred to another player, he would not have to draw and search for all the top cards in the regular discard pile.
