Visa question - contact person in Taiwan

Sorry if this is a silly question but I’m currently filling out the visitor visa application form (for the studying Chinese type) and just got to the questions about “Contact person in Taiwan”. If I don’t know anyone in Taiwan, whose details should I put? Should I put my school’s details (NTNU MTC)?

I do plan to call my nearest TECO in the morning when they’re open to get extra clarification/help before submitting the form but I just wanted to ask on here in case anyone else could help.

I do need to complete the form ASAP since I’ll be leaving in less than 3 weeks and only received my HES certificate today so it’s kinda a mad rush trying to complete this visa stuff 😅 so any help is greatly appreciated. TIA!
