Feature Request - Customizeble Toolbar

Not sure if I'm just a boomer but, why don't people care anymore about customizeble programs? Not the devs fault, not a lot of people are complaining as far as I can see.

I sign a lot of PDFs and I really wish there was a PDF Reader that I could sign with one click. PDFgear was the closest one (two clicks).... But I wish I could put the "Encrypt with Certificate" button on my Home tab Toolbar. I bet there are a lot of users with different/niche use cases that could benefit greatly from a custom toolbar.
